whats up, doc?

got back from the doctor. good news and bad news.

bad news: they did a urine test, and i might have another kidney infection. the most painful experience of my life so far! they've sent the sample to NC for further evaluation and got me on antibiotics - at $99 for 7 pills at one pill per day! geesh!

good news: effexor. hopefully it will work and give me some good results. also, doing blood work to test thyroid, to see if it has any affect on my depression.

first time to a doctor down in these parts. i didnt like him vary much, in fact. he seemed very impersonal and rushed. then again, he was late due to rounds at the hospital right next door. i have a follow-up appointment on May 16, so maybe it will be a better experience...
